Key Responsibilities Pull and install Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling Route and secure cabling throughout data center environments Rack, stack, and patch network equipment Terminate, label, and test copper and fiber cabling Install cable pathways, supports, and conduit Read and follow blueprints, floor plans, and project drawings Assist with telecommunications room buildouts Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Support the installation of critical technology infrastructure Required Qualifications Experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, low‑voltage cabling, electrical work, or other labor‑intensive environments Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day Comfortable working on active construction sites Stable work history with demonstrated job tenure Ability to pass a BGC and drug screen Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of low‑voltage or structured cabling experience Experience pulling Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, or fiber optic cable Data center experience Fiber installation experience Cable termination and testing experience OSHA 10 certification BICSI or Fiber certifications Telecommunications or electrical experience Schedule Monday‑Saturday 10‑hour shifts Overtime available Consistent, long‑term work Career growth opportunities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Shows up every day ready to work Takes pride in producing quality work Has a strong focus on safety Works well in a team environment Is dependable and eager to learn Has previous experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, electrical, or cabling environments Wants to build a long‑term career in the technology and data center industry Benefits Upon Permanent Hire Medical Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities Paid Training and Industry Certifications Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
