Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing curriculum and daily classroom activities Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences Maintain a consistent daily schedule, including meals, nap time, outdoor play, and educational activities Help children develop social skills and resolve conflicts in positive, age-appropriate ways Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Maintain open, respectful communication with co-workers and families Ensure classrooms remain safe, clean, organized, and healthy throughout the day Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous childcare experience preferred Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices Understanding of classroom health, safety, and sanitation requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for working with children Ability to work effectively as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
