Job Summary

Job Title: Director of Food & Nutrition Services
Location: Duluth, GA
Facility: Northside Hospital Duluth

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Director of Food & Nutrition Services to lead dining operations at Northside Hospital Duluth. This role oversees patient dining, retail, catering, financial performance, and team leadership in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Lead all Food & Nutrition operations including patient services, retail, and catering
• Drive patient satisfaction through meal accuracy, hospitality, and service excellence
• Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
• Hire, train, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve service and operational results
• Grow retail sales through promotions and innovation

• 5+ years of foodservice leadership experience
• Healthcare or hospital experience preferred
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
• Experience managing teams in high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
