UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive, who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D business segment. While each AE owns a few upsell accounts, this is a true Hunter role.

If you are a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company, then you know that we rarely have an opening in our sales ranks. Why? About You:

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.

• Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota

• 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR

• Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch

• Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to develop and execute a disciplined territory plan to achieve sales targets.

• Demonstrated success in building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up in a competitive market.

• Strategic account planning experience with a demonstrated history of acquiring and closing net-new logos.

• Expertise in penetrating new markets and accounts by leveraging a value-based and data-driven sales approach.

Pay Transparency:

The base salary for this position is $140,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
