• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required in sterile processing; hard stop, will not accept less 2. Cases: Required proficiency in Ortho/Totals and Neuro/Crani; must have experience in all but 2 of the following service lines: CT, Vascular, Ortho, Ortho-Trauma, Transplant, Neuro Spine and Cranial, ENT, Oral, Dental, Plastics, MIS (Robotics), Urology, Bariatric, GYN, General, Ophthalmology, and Peds; fiber optics experience required; profile MUST include specific service line instrument experience or will be screened to manager 3. Certifications: CRCST and HSPA/IAHCSMM required; no substitutes accepted; hard stop 4. State-specific license: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7.
