Part-Time On-Call Mailroom/Front Desk Associate

Consider a new role today as a Part-Time On-Call Mailroom/Front Desk associate in Downtown Cincinnati, OH. In this position, you will fill in at the Mail Center or Front Desk when it gets busy or when full-time staff is out sick or on vacation. You can expect to work 5-12 days per month, sometimes full time hours if there's an open position. Perfect opportunity for students and retirees. Must be available Mon - Fri - 7am - 5pm.

Hours: On-call and part-time, shifts may vary between regular business hours Monday-Friday

Compensation: $18.00/hr; weekly pay

Responsibilities

The On-Call STAR will be responsible performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include:

• Mailroom activities such as scanning Amazon, FedEx, UPS packages each day, and helping deliver packages to students at our window
• Must be responsible and on time for work

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
• MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
