Senior Tax Manager

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience.
Strong knowledge of QBO and tax software in general is a must, working knowledge of Ultra Tax & Thomson Reuters is helpful.
Candidate must be driven, highly organized, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Maintain company's internal books and review with owner
- Manage the work flow of tax returns, payroll, and monthly bookkeeping throughout the firm
- Manage Employees
- Create and maintain procedures for all Admin functions
- Deal with client issues
- Maintain and manage the other IT software used in the day to day workflow
- Review new and upcomming technology as the tax world evolves
Pay is competitive and based on experience. Two additional bonuses are given every year based on individual and business performance.
Willing to give commission for current clients that are brought to the firm.
Office hours are 9-5 pm, M-F; overtime during tax season is required.
