You Have: 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, secure mobility deployments, and enterprise-wide integrations 7+ years of experience managing a dispersed workforce and various functions in support of large-scale DoD efforts Experience with Agile methodologies, risk analysis, schedule and budget management, and stakeholder communication Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices Ability to engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in a STEM field PMP Certification Nice If You Have: Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, layered encryption, zero-trust architectures, MDM, cloud integration, containerization, and DevSecOps Top Secret clearance Master’s degree in STEM or Management IT, PM, or Governance Certification including, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
