Operator Readiness Training Lead

MISO is seeking an Operator Readiness Advisor to help manage desk-specific training from onboarding through desk certification. You will work with trainees, SMEs, and Operations leaders to develop and facilitate training, monitor progress, and identify readiness gaps, continuously improving learning experiences to prepare operators for real-world operating conditions.

The base salary range is $148,000.00 – $173,000.00 USD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus and a comprehensive
