Description

These positions serve as front-line operators for OG&Es technology and security environment. They monitor physical security, network, IT, and operational systems for alarms, outages, security events, and other abnormal conditions.When something happens, they're responsible for being the first set of eyes on the issue, quickly determining what is happening, following established procedures, troubleshooting where appropriate, and escalating the event to the right teams.Core ResponsibilitiesMonitor security, network, IT, and operational systems for alarms and events.Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of technology and security issues.Respond to alarms using established incident and escalation procedures.Create, track, update, and escalate incident/work tickets.Investigate physical-security events using CCTV, access-control systems, and available system data.Support badge/access management and visitor-management activities.Monitor outages and potential service disruptions.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, actions, and outcomes.Communicate clearly during active incidents and handoffs.Follow established cybersecurity, operational, and compliance procedures.Become proficient in either Security Operations or IT Systems, while remaining cross-trained across the broader operational environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
