Ideal candidates will possess prior home health experience, a current PT license, a reliable vehicle, an excellent driving record, and auto insurance. Shift offered: Regular visit - Full time (5 days/week)

Territory: Central King County (Downtown and West Seattle)

Qualifications

Job qualifications:

• An active PT license in WA State

• A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license

• Experience working in a Medicare certified Home Health agency

• Organized and self-starting to manage caseload/scheduling independently.
