Compensation
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (but we're happy to train the right person!)
- Colorado Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain one after hire)
- Reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A Day in the Life
No two shifts are exactly the same! As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help create the amazing food our guests come back for again and again.
Your day may include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients
- Stretching dough and building Detroit-style pizzas
- Cooking appetizers, salads, and other menu favorites
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Working alongside an awesome team during busy services
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Jumping in wherever the team needs you

Full-Time Benefits
Available to team members averaging 30+ hours per week after 60 days:

Paid Time Off
Full-time team members averaging 30+ hours per week receive:
- 40 hours of PTO after one year of employment
Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)
In accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA):
- Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
- Accrual begins on your first day of employment
- Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
- Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
- Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
