Job Overview: Provides office, mail, and customer service support. Handles mail distribution, shipping/receiving, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and front desk coverage while ensuring efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Manage shipping, receiving, and delivery notifications
• Maintain office supplies and ensure printers/copiers are functional
• Assist with reception/concierge duties as needed
• Set up meeting rooms and support pantry/kitchen areas
• Perform light cleaning, maintenance, and workspace organization
• Respond to inquiries and build professional relationships
• Assist with copy/print tasks and other service requests

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and solve problems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods

Other:

• Minimal to no travel
• Duties may change as needed

Compensation: The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors. Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Pay Range: $18 - $19 USD
