Requirements Outpatient Hematology/Oncologist needed to work full time hours consistently Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no call, no weekends. Schedule will run through to summer of 2027. Department is looking for 2 providers. There iis Physician Assistant, MA, and RN on staff At time of submission: Up to date CV & Lee Attestation Form REQUIRED Providers must have an active FL license, clean background and clean NPDB, must be Board Certified and must meet all procedure log requirements to be booked. **Must allow 30 days for credentialing**
