This role builds and maintains strong clinician relationships, develops sustainable talent pipelines, and partners with internal stakeholders to successfully match qualified healthcare professionals with client opportunities.Recruiter serves as a fully functioning healthcare recruiter who has demonstrated proficiency in the recruiting lifecycle and is capable of independently managing recruiting activities with limited supervision. This role balances business development, relationship management, sourcing strategy, operational execution, and candidate advocacy to consistently deliver high-quality recruiting outcomes.Recruiters at this level are expected to develop expertise within their assigned specialty while continuously strengthening their recruiting capabilities, market knowledge, and business acumen.
