We are extremely proud of our legacy of excellence and constantly work to fulfill our mission to \"protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet.\" Responsibilities Identify customer\'s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity; discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment Complete production forms documenting services provided Interact with customers and explain services provided Essential Job Functions Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations Prepare the job site for treatment Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders Be comfortable working 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience is a plus Ability to work on roofs and high areas Lots of movement: sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling; up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator; able to work in confined spaces or narrow passageways What do you need? Clean shaven face for safety (rebreathers must seal the face) High school diploma or GED Must possess a valid driver\'s license (company vehicle and gas card provided) At least 1 year of customer service; experience in termite control is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Flexible with working hours, Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us) Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels Why Choose Us?
