Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a stand-alone Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) setting with no inpatient admissions
• Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across a broad range of acuity levels
• Collaborate with on-staff RNs and Paramedics to deliver safe, efficient emergency care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic health records
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements as needed to support department operations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 3–5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued and active at time of submission, or confirmed scheduled class prior to start)
• ACLS certification required (must be AHA-issued and active at time of submission, or confirmed scheduled class prior to start)
• PALS certification required (must be AHA-issued and active at time of submission, or confirmed scheduled class prior to start)
• TNCC certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Rural Emergency Hospital or similar stand-alone emergency department setting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced emergency environments
