We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise business applications. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing desktop software solutions while helping shape the future of a growing IT organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience building enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade desktop applications
• Enhance and support existing software solutions
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software development best practices
• Identify opportunities to create reusable components and improve application architecture
• Estimate development effort and assist with task planning
• Perform unit testing and ensure code quality through appropriate testing practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and development approaches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise desktop applications
• Strong experience with: C#.NET Framework/.NET Entity Framework Microsoft SQL Server SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn

• Windows Services development
• Windows Forms (WinForms)
• OAuth and Identity Server
• Document generation and document management solutions
• Azure DevOps
• Agile software development experience
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience within the legal, mortgage, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
