MML Hospitality is bringing Neighborhood Sushi to Dallas, and we’re building an incredible opening team from the ground up.

Known for warm hospitality, an energetic atmosphere, and standout sushi + Japanese-inspired cuisine, Neighborhood Sushi has become a favorite in Austin — and now you have the chance to be part of the Dallas opening from day one.

As our Host, you aren't just seating people, you are the Vibe Coordinator , the keeper of the restaurant's rhythm, and the architect of the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Door: Welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm and expertly manage the energy of the lobby and waitlist.
Master the Floor: Set up our servers for success by strategically rotating tables, ensuring the dining room flows flawlessly.
Be the Guide: Present menus, answer initial questions, and steer guests toward an amazing experience from minute one.
Connect & Care: Check in with guests, anticipate their needs, and turn any unexpected bumps into a showcase of legendary hospitality.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with the service and kitchen teams to keep the whole house running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table:

The Energy: A vibrant, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people.
The Cool Factor: The ability to stay calm, collected, and kind under pressure in a bustling, high-volume environment.
The Hustle: Ready to be on your feet for the duration of a shift and able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
