Xfinity Center - Parking Attendant

Position Overview Responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee. What This Role Will Do Direct vehicle traffic. (Direct motorists to parking areas/parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.) Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure the space usage is maximized. Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas. Work closely with co-workers, Fire, Police and any third-party staffing vendors to achieve a safe and orderly ingress, tailgating and egress experience for fans. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner. Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor. What This Person Will Bring Must be at least 16 years of age (must obtain a work permit if under 18). Prior customer service experience a plus. Creative problem‑solving skills. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy. A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignments. Position requires constant walking, standing, and being able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Positive attitude. Enjoy working in a team environment.
