Shift: Days

Location: Adult Day Care

Hiring Range: Starting at $36.67/hr.

Registered Nurses (RN's) are eligible for additional compensation based on the shifts worked.

• Weekday evening shift - additional 10% plus $2.00 per hour
• Weekday night shift - additional 15% plus $3.00 per hour
• Weekend day shift - additional 10%
• Weekend evening & night shifts - additional 21%

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Implements and monitors patient care Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing Assures resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
