What You’ll Do Provide outpatient pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy Evaluate and treat Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD) and feeding-related challenges Support children and families using relationship-centered, family-centered care Collaborate with dietitians and therapists to provide coordinated, interdisciplinary care Provide caregiver education, coaching, and practical strategies Help develop clinical workflows, systems, and processes for our emerging feeding program Contribute to the development of a collaborative, innovative pediatric feeding clinic Who We're Looking For We're looking for an SLP who is: Passionate about pediatric feeding therapy Neurodiversity-affirming and responsive to individual differences Comfortable working collaboratively across disciplines A strong communicator with children and caregivers Curious, creative, and comfortable problem-solving Self-directed and excited about program development Interested in helping expand access to pediatric feeding services in Mid-Missouri Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Missouri SLP license or ability to obtain Missouri licensure Experience OR strong clinical interest in pediatric feeding Strong caregiver coaching and communication skills Commitment to family-centered and neurodiversity-affirming care Preferred Experience 2+ years of pediatric feeding experience Experience in a pediatric feeding clinic, hospital, outpatient pediatric therapy clinic, developmental clinic, or similar setting Experience with: Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD) ARFID Oral-motor feeding challenges Sensory-based feeding concerns Autism-related feeding difficulties Complex or medically involved feeding cases Training in SOS Approach to Feeding, Beckman Oral Motor, AEIOU, Responsive Feeding , or other feeding-focused approaches Interest in program development, quality improvement, and building systems of care Why This Opportunity Is Different Bamboo Nutrition & Therapy already has an established focus on nutrition, eating disorders, ARFID, and mental health care .
