- Weekly Wages: $545.76
- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $213.03
- Housing Per Diem: $319.55
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
