About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Design, a pivotal role that embodies the essence of digital differentiation. The successful candidate will be the visionary leader of the strategy and design practice, responsible for guiding clients in defining what to build and why, and then crafting experiences that resonate with users. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in shaping and delivering digital solutions, with a focus on business and product strategy, experience design, and a deep understanding of the intersection between strategy, design, and engineering. The VP will be expected to engage with client executives, lead a large, distributed team, and ensure the quality of work across the practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' experience in strategy, product, and design, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership capacity. They should be adept at turning ambiguity into actionable plans, modernizing client processes, and have a strong background in AI-first methods. The role also involves growing the business by crafting and evolving market offerings, leading strategic pursuits, and building the company's reputation in the industry. A key aspect of the position is the ability to balance executive presence with hands-on involvement, and a history of successfully leading a team through significant changes. The VP will be instrumental in shaping the future of strategy, product, and design, and must be prepared to travel regularly to meet client needs.
