We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to support our Service Department and help provide an exceptional experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

* Assist Service Advisors with daily customer and administrative needs

* Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor

* Answer phones and schedule service appointments

* Help coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups

* Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates

* Prepare and organize repair orders, paperwork, and customer information

* Assist with warranty and service documentation

* Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and other dealership departments

* Help maintain an organized and professional service reception area

* Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the service visit

* Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department

What We’re Looking For

Some Mechanical Experience to speak intelligently with customers about concerns Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Friendly, professional, and positive attitude

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable using computers and dealership software

* Attention to detail and accurate data entry

* Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
