Training Delivery & Compliance Coordinate and deliver engaging training sessions for Care Pros. Track training completion and maintain accurate compliance documentation. Support new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new Care Pros. Hiring Support & Team Collaboration Assist with second-round interviews to select candidates aligned with Home Instead values. Address client concerns with empathy and proactive problem-solving. Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and compliance standards. Care Coordination & Quality Assurance Collaborate with care teams, schedulers, and Care Pros to meet client service needs. Conduct quality assurance visits and update client documentation. Facilitate client and Care Pro introductions for positive care experiences. Client Engagement & Care Consultations Serve as a trusted advocate for clients, ensuring top-quality, personalized care. Conduct care consultations and assess client needs to develop tailored service plans. Use a consultative sales approach to support clients and families effectively. Follow up with potential clients to build strong relationships. Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, social work, or care coordination strongly preferred. Experience working directly with older adults and families is a plus. Education (Optional) 2 years in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field preferred, but not required. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with client management software preferred. Other Requirements Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if client visits are required). Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical business practices.
