Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our busy family clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact. Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and collect payment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized and capable of multitasking in a busy environment with a kind disposition and excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and provide explanation of needed paperwork and collect insurance information
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general patient service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
