Our teams will provide you all the training and support necessary for you to grow and succeed in your career at CFSS.We are looking for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) teammates that have:A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions.Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needsCollaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate careProvide services in the community, home, or other natural settingsAbility to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength-based and family-centered way.Performing other duties related to the positionBehavioral Health Technician (BHT) Education/Experience Needed (one of the following):High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experienceRelated Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fieldBehavioral Health Technician (BHT) Requirements:Must be 21 years or olderAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekendsValid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving recordReliable transportation, including proof of InsuranceCandidates are required to submit a negative drug testObtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardComplete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid trainingCompensation: $20/hr to $23/hrWe offer a full benefits package to all full-time employees, including:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife and disability insurance401(k) contribution matchPaid time off and sick timePaid holidaysCell phone stipendMileage reimbursementCFSS was founded in 2003.
