Remote IT Service Desk Program Manager

GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to support the TSA program. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Springfield, VA, supporting a national network of IT services. You will lead a large 24x7x365 Service Desk, oversee advanced agent support (remote desktop, AD, mobility), and ensure high-quality VIP service and ITSM governance. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in IT PM are required, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr GovCIO
