Responsibilities Circulate multiple specialties in the operating room. Act as the patient advocate and ensure safe and effective patient care. Function independently and be accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinate the care of a group of patients with the multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks appropriately. Identify hospital resources. Serve as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department. Job Requirements Applicable experience: 1 year. Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse – Various. Associate degree.
