Location: Plymouth, MI Hybrid Work Application Engineer We support our team as a key application engineer. Qualifications 5 - 10 years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, product engineering, or a customer-facing engineering role. Proven ability to work directly with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and influence technical decisions. Strong foundation in engineering principles with the ability to apply them in real-world product applications. Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics to develop and communicate solutions. Background in manufacturing, industrial products, or engineered systems preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and business acumen—able to bridge engineering and sales to drive results. Willingness to travel domestically at least one week per month and occasionally travel internationally.
