Hollman is the world's largest manufacturer of wood and laminate lockers. We are committed to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our production team.

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned production area, providing technical support, and leading a team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees to meet daily production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for equipment, materials, and standard operating procedures within the assigned work area.
• Monitor production flow, identify issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates to leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience; previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
