Job Summary:
The Tennesseesurgical floor is seeking qualified professionals to join the Med/Surg Float Pool team in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves working night shifts and floating among multiple Med/Surg units within the facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day and must have current BLS certification. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care across various units in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours

• Required Qualifications: Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS); must have a Tennessee license or compact state license on file at the time of submission; minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience; prior travel experience is required; no minimum years of experience otherwise specified.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: The role involves floating across five Med/Surg units within the facility. Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6. Scrubs Navy are required. There are opportunities to float to the Emergency Room as needed. The electronic medical record system used is Cerner. The unit creates the schedule. Candidates should be prepared for interviews via the organization and receive offers based on the interview process.
