Diverse Staffing is hiring experienced Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a busy distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers consistent hours, a climate-controlled work environment, and the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on attendance and performance.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and reach truck forklifts throughout the shift
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners
• Retrieve products from elevated warehouse racking
• Build, stage, and wrap pallets for shipment
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean work area

What You Need to Qualify

• Minimum 6 months of recent cherry picker or reach truck forklift experience
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Ability to read, count, and accurately complete warehouse tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb on/off equipment for up to 10 hours
• Strong attention to detail and productivity
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
