Senior Structured Finance Counsel
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a senior in-house attorney to lead structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions, including ABS, CLOs, structured notes, and securitizations. The role involves document drafting, review, and negotiation across indentures, pooling and servicing agreements, and related agreements.
