You’ll oversee Direct Support Professionals, collaborate with families and Regional Centers, and ensure every client receives high-quality, compassionate care.

Your Role:

* Supervise and coach DSPs to deliver exceptional services * Ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care * Collaborate with Regional Centers, clients, and behavioral agencies * Conduct staff meetings, professional development, and utilization reviews * Provide clinical guidance and mentorship * Maintain accurate documentation and communication

What We’re Looking For:

* 1+ year clinical experience working with individuals with diverse needs * Supervisory experience (preferred) * Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team * Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive * Bilingual Spanish Required

Education & Certifications:

* BA/BS required * Must pass background check/Live Scan * TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Certification
