Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and craft tailored treatment plans
• Implement rehabilitative programs aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and exercises for home

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
