As an Assistant Sales Manager you will assist the floating corporate GSM with dealership operations. If you are in auto sales, please be advised-this is an ACTIVE SALES ROLE, not a desk job. You will greet customers and help them find the right vehicle that fits their needs and budget. Whether you possess auto sales experience or not, if you are ready for a step up and you follow our sales process, you can easily get to $126,000+/year potential earnings!

What You Will Do:

• This is an ACTIVE SALES ROLE, not a desk job: Call, text & email incoming leads , previously sold, and recently sold customers, in accordance with company guidelines. Follow up , maintaining professionalism, in pursuit of referrals for appointments and sales . Attract people to the store, drive customer traffic , through development and maintenance of a referral network & proactively prospect potential customers
• Meet & greet customers, help them select a vehicle and test drive vehicles with customers
• Present financial options and close sales once manager approval has been obtained
• Complete the documentation process to fully complete the sale
• Explain to customers, the key features and benefits of their new vehicle, ensuring complete satisfaction
• Provide outstanding customer service to our customers before, during and after the sale
• Follow and perform any and all other duties as assigned by management

What We are Looking For:

• Prior In-Person/Face-to-Face Sales Experience in ANY industry is Required
• Ability to learn and follow our Sales Process/Strategy
• Willingness to work the Phones, from leads received (calls, texts, emails), bringing customers to the store through calls to past customers, follow-up with recently sold customers, and seeking referrals
• Strong CLOSING skills to sell the appointment AND close the sale
• LEADERSHIP experience and skills
• Prior MANAGEMENT experience is a PLUS
• MOTIVATED, with high energy, and able to work independently and with a team
• A take-charge, pro-active individual that will get things done without being asked (e.g., put out signs, post to social media, generate interest and store traffic)
• Great COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, attitude, and people skills; OUTGOING personality
• Attention to detail to ensure sale documentation is complete and accurate
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a PLUS
