Construction Project Manager

M&M Construction Company, Inc., an established New Jersey General Contractor and Construction Manager, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout and work effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, owners, and project teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Review subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and payment applications
• Conduct and participate in project meetings
• Monitor project costs, schedule, quality, and overall progress
• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience preferred
• Public, municipal, school, or other institutional construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
• Ability xhyhwjd to travel to project sites throughout North and Central New Jersey
