Daytime Hostess Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated, service-oriented individual to fill the role of a Daytime Hostess. This is a Monday to Friday position, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and managing reservations.
- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assisting servers and bussers as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Crafting a memorable experience for all guests through excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
