Clinical Systems Analyst

To support a network of specialty practices, the full-time Clinical Systems Analyst will assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of EHR and clinical applications, participate in system configuration, and collaborate with end-users to resolve issues. Key responsibilities Support, maintain, and troubleshoot EHR and clinical applications, specifically Athena Health Participate in the configuration and customization of clinical applications to meet practice needs Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support as required Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator or analyst using Athena Health applications in a provider practice environment Comfortable communicating with physicians, practice operations, and external vendors Experience using ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira, or equivalent ticketing systems (preferred) Experience working with specialty practices is a plus
