Pediatric Dentist - Associate

At Specialty Dental Brands (SDB), we believe great dentistry happens when exceptional clinicians are supported-not limited. We partner with leading Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery practices nationwide, providing the operational strength and clinical collaboration that allow doctors to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
Whether you are early in your career or an experienced pediatric dentist, you'll find well-established, high-demand practices with strong patient bases, modern facilities, and the autonomy to practice at the top of your license. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden while supporting clinical independence, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth at every stage.

We are committed to fostering an environment where all doctors benefit from mentorship, shared expertise, and a strong clinical community-while maintaining the unique identity and culture of each practice.

Our goal is simple: to help every doctor thrive while preserving the autonomy, identity, and culture of the practices they join. At SDB, you're not stepping into a system-you're joining a community.
