This role blends executive leadership, technical depth and business engagement across identity modernization, governance and security. What You Will Do Lead IAM strategy and roadmap Drive Active Directory to Entra ID modernization Oversee identity lifecycle management Lead IGA initiatives Modernize MFA and Zero Trust capabilities Partner with 3rd party vendors on identity initiatives (SAP) Manage IAM team and vendors Engage business stakeholders and executives. Required Skills 10+ years IT/cybersecurity experience 5+ years IAM leadership Entra ID and Active Directory expertise Identity Governance experience Federation, SSO and PAM knowledge Zero Trust understanding Exceptional communication skills. Preferred Skills SAP identity experience SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt or similar Exchange-related identity workflows CISSP, CISM or related certifications. Ideal Candidate Strategic and hands-on leader who has led identity transformation programs and can communicate equally well with business and technical teams. Logistics Direct hire Hybrid Charlotte NC Four days onsite and one remote Manage three IAM professionals. Why This Role Own a highly visible identity modernization roadmap covering governance, MFA, Zero Trust, SAP integration and cloud identity transformation. To Apply for this Job Click HereEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
