Here’s what this career opportunity has to offer… Job Highlights Location: West Valley City Shift: Swing Shift Pay Range: $30.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM with overtime Some Saturdays required Annual tool reimbursement (after one year), twice per year, up to $3,000 Advanced tools & technology In house training and OEM certified development Profit sharing, benefits, rewards, bonuses, and 401(k) Responsibilities Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel equipment Diagnose and repair vehicle deficiencies Complete adjustments and alignments; maintain precise service records Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow) Work flexible shifts including weekends, graveyards, and overtime Apply proper repair practices for OEMs including: Cummins, Paccar, Allison, Mack, Detroit, Caterpillar, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Autocar, Bendix, and WABCO Work with body manufacturers such as: McNeilus, Heil, Labrie, Galbreath, Marathon, Wittke, American Hoist, Wanye Troubleshoot electrical systems: lights, relays, PLCs, proximity switches, ABS, electronic transmissions, engines, chassis components Diagnose/repair hydraulic systems: pumps, valve bodies, cylinders, high pressure oil systems, fittings, lines Work with pneumatic systems including air dryers, governors, compressors, relay valves, lines, fittings CNG experience a plus Maintain a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required) Provide and maintain a full set of industry standard tools Hold a high school diploma or GED Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of diesel OEMs and repair practices listed above Familiarity with major body manufacturers Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) Full standard tool set High school diploma or GED CNG experience is beneficial but not required Benefits Profit Sharing Program 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Basic Life Insurance Paid Long-Term Disability Supplemental Insurance Programs Paid onsite tax preparation Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Educational reimbursement Tool reimbursement Boot voucher Shift differential pay Pet insurance discount Gym memberships Employee perks & discount program Rewards Annual peer recognition awards (including two airline tickets anywhere in the U.S.) Safety awards Kudos gift card recognition Employee Appreciation Week Service milestone awards at 10, 20, and 30 years Bonuses & Additional Perks Annual company celebration with prizes Cash and travel raffles Annual family day event Employee golf tournament Advanced tools and shop technology Tool reimbursement twice annually (after one year) Advancement opportunities Department holiday meals Team building activities Gift cards Monthly top performance awards Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encou #J-18808-Ljbffr
