Caregiver Development CoordinatorLocations: Racine, WI & Milwaukee, WI (Must be able to travel between both offices and client homes) Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMAbout the Role Are you an experienced caregiver ready to step into a leadership role? If you are passionate about teaching, love hands-on caregiving, and want to empower others, this is the perfect next step in your home care career.Compensation & PerksCompetitive Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hourGrowth Opportunity: Opportunity for a performance and attendance-based pay increase after 90 daysBonus Potential: Generous Employee Referral Bonus ProgramExtra Earning Potential: Holiday pay, weekend pay, and overtime opportunitiesCulture & Support: Caregiver appreciation events, ongoing recognition programs, and a supportive team environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Classroom Training: Lead engaging orientation sessions for new hires and create custom PowerPoint presentations for onboarding and ongoing training modules.Skill Advancement ("Level Up" Classes): Conduct specialized training sessions, including:Senior Gems® Dementia & Alzheimer’s CareHoyer Lift & Transfer TechniquesCPR Certification & Safety ProtocolsField & Shadow Training: Conduct hands-on shadow training in client homes, providing warm introductions between caregivers and seniors to ensure a smooth transition.Shift Support: Step in to fill caregiving shifts in the field across all levels of care when urgent coverage is needed.Job RequirementsCaregiver Experience: Proven hands-on experience in senior care or home health (experience across all levels of care required).Travel Requirements: Ability to travel regularly between our Racine and Milwaukee office locations, as well as to client homes across the region.Vehicle & License: Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.Skills: Strong communication skills, comfort speaking in front of small groups, and basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Email).Flexibility: Willingness to provide direct caregiving in the field on an as-needed basis.Level Up Your Career Today!
