We are revolutionizing the game by bringing together the latest technology to the field and providing a clean, fun, and safe environment for players and their families. Headquartered in Houston, TX, Revolution Soccer Complex leverages decades of soccer experience from its leadership team. An Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company’s General Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, sales and marketing of all products and services, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing the overall workflow of a workplace. While a keen interest in soccer is a must, this is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in growing with the company into new roles as we expand with more complexes over the coming years. Responsibilities: Sales calls and outreach. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Address employee and customer concerns. Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. Email and phone correspondence. Liaise between managers, customers, and employees. Provide direction to staff. Monitor spending patterns and budget. Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings, and provide accountability. Support ongoing learning and development of team members. Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment. Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years) Bilingual in both Spanish and English Soccer knowledge Sales and marketing experience (minimum 1 year) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Problem-solving aptitude BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is preferred but not essential Job Details: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance, Paid time off Schedule: Able to commute/relocate to Houston, TX 77090 #J-18808-Ljbffr Revolutionsoccercomplex
