What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, or medically unstable unit
- Monitor patients continuously, assessing needs and intervening as required (Q1H or more)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately
- Follow all hospital protocols and safety procedures
- Support patient comfort and safety during high-acuity scenarios
What You Need
- Current Massachusetts RN license on file
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/CCU experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
