We specialize in security systems, video surveillance,networking, audio/video, and smart home automation solutions for residential and commercial clients throughout Central Texas. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, exceptional customer service, and reliable technical support. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting low-voltage systems. Strong technical background in intrusion detection and electronic security systems. Experience with residential and commercial security systems, video surveillance, networking, and related low-voltage technologies. Ability to read and interpret system drawings, wiring diagrams, and project documentation. Proficient in the use of testing and diagnostic equipment. Experience terminating and troubleshooting Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, coaxial cable, and network-connected devices. Working knowledge of installation standards, industry best practices, and job-site safety requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows-based applications, and mobile field service software. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Experience with DSC, Qolsys, Alarm.com, Control4, Lutron, Ubiquiti, or similar platforms. Experience with video surveillance, intercom, networking, and smart home technologies. Texas Security License or ability to obtain and maintain required licensing. Industry certifications are a plus. Requirements Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required. Must possess standard technician hand tools and testing equipment. Ability to lift and carry equipment, work on ladders, and perform installation activities in residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot security, surveillance, networking, and automation systems. Complete assigned service calls and installation projects in a timely and professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members. Ensure all work complies with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes. Document work performed and maintain accurate service records. Provide customers with system training and support. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every project.
