Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Coordinator to support a high-volume lease administration team within a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. This role focuses on executing critical administrative functions related to lease agreements, landlord communication, and real estate data management. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and update landlord ownership and address changes within internal systems Partner with Lease Analysts to support lease administration operations and reporting Coordinate and execute mailings for lease renewals and official communications Maintain accuracy of lease data in real estate systems (e.g., ownership details, rent information, address records) Run and review check pull lists; identify ownership changes and coordinate pulling or reallocating payments when needed Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates across multiple systems Generate and analyze reports from lease/real estate databases Communicate with landlords and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy Support general administrative functions that contribute to the efficiency of the lease administration team Required Skills 3–5 years of administrative experience (preferably in real estate, property, or lease administration) Strong computer proficiency with ability to work across multiple systems and databases Experience running reports and maintaining data accuracy in systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) #J-18808-Ljbffr
