About the Role

Neuranimus is seeking a forward-thinking board-certified neurologist to join our rapidly growing clinic in San Jose, CA. We’re a small, independent team combining modern clinical practice with technology-driven workflows—and we’re growing fast (over 40% new patients month-over-month).


This role offers a rare opportunity to step in early, take ownership of your own pod, and help shape the future of outpatient neurology with real autonomy. You’ll work closely with our founders, lead a team of 2+ APPs, and have the chance to help design and scale smarter tools for patient care.

What We Offer

Start Per-Diem, Grow to Full-Time — On Your Terms

Per-Diem Compensation:
- Guaranteed $2,100/day
- Up to $2,500/day based on pod performance
- Flexible days—great for testing fit or building gradually


Full-Time Track:
- $400,000 base salary + up to $80,000 bonus
- Total potential comp: up to $480,000/year
- Full benefits: health insurance, 5% 401(k) match, malpractice, $5K CME allowance
- Relocation assistance available upon transition to full-time

Your Responsibilities

- Provide expert outpatient neurological care (epilepsy/EEG preferred, but all subspecialties welcome)
- Lead and supervise a pod of 2+ Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Own your clinic operations with support from a collaborative central team
- Contribute to clinic growth, innovation, and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate on technology, workflow design, and clinical product development (optional but encouraged)

What We’re Looking For

- Board-certified/board-eligible neurologist with current or eligible California license
- Experience managing or supervising APPs
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Excited by autonomy, collaboration, and clinical innovation
- Able to work on-site in San Jose (local candidates preferred; travel/lodging not reimbursed unless relocated)
